Celebrant, priest, pastor
It’s exciting that I have to remind almost every bridal couple in between why we’re planning the perfect day.
The HIGH time is the moment, the moments when the bride and groom become the couple, when they get married.
In the church it is quickly clear who is going to organize the wedding ceremony.
Conversations with the priest or the pastor are on the agenda.
It is nice to know the parish priest already, when the First Communion or the confirmation already took place with the priest.
Being familiar is of course a great advantage.
If you decide for a wedding, a wedding outside the church, then you need a suitable wedding designer.
Is it a man or woman who marries you?
Which languages are required?
Are there still some parts in English or French?
Get to know your wedding designer well. The chemistry must be right for this important moment.
Have suggestions for rituals submitted to you and check whether it really suits you.
If you’re not on the beach, pouring sand together at the ceremony is rather strange to me.
Take your time and make yourself familiar. You can read everything else in “The Little Prince” by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
