Where is the Wedding Planner?

On the wedding day this question often comes up: Where is the wedding planner?
Of course, the bridal couple and all wedding service providers always know, but guests look for me from time to time.

It’s much nicer if the wedding guests ask me and not disturb the bridal couple with questions about the toilets or when the shuttle leaves.
A great rule that I would like to establish is to ask the wedding planner.

And where the Wedding Planner eats, I am happy to explain to our bridal couples. As the person responsible for the wedding planning, I am in charge of implementing everything as desired on the wedding day itself.
To have the threads in the background in the hand, presupposes our wonderful wedding couples.

Also at the “front” I have to be present as wedding planner. That is why I always eat together with the wedding guests in the dining room. Here I am right in the middle of it, can react super-fast and we don’t miss anything.

It is also a very good idea to have the wedding photographer and the wedding filmmaker in the room for the wedding dinner.

Wedding Day

Whether you plan a wedding table for the service providers or distribute us wedding experts among your wedding guests is not important. In the middle of it all is wonderful.

So always include 3-4 more people in your seating plan.
